“Gholamreza Montazeri” the Islamic Consultative Parliament’s Deputy Chairman of the Cultural Commission visited "Hima" Wooden Painting Exhibition in Niavaran Cultural Center in the evening of February 5th.

According to the public relations of Niavaran Cultural Center, considering it valuable to hold such exhibitions, Montazeri said: "Beyond the artworks, the thought behind them and how carefully and delicately the subjects were chosen fascinated me."

Deputy Chairman of the Parliament's Cultural Commission, added: "Each one of these artworks is a sign of knowledge that has a lot to say."

Stating that the creators of these works have paid special attention to different aspects of social issues, he said: “considering the characteristics of nature and the specifications and essence of wood, they have tried to efficiently use this God-given blessing with simplicity yet at its most of beauty and grace.”

The Deputy Chairman of the Parliament's Cultural Commission said: "It is the duty of the system to provide a platform for the growth and flourishing of talents."

“Hima” exhibition of wooden artworks terminated its mission in the Main Gallery of Niavaran Cultural Center on Friday February 5th.
