A new era of after Corona cultural and artistic relationship between Iran & Italy
“We welcome artistic and cultural interactions and
cooperation with Niavaran Cultural Center”, mentioned Yaroslava Romanova, the first
secretary of the Cultural and Press Section at the Embassy of Italy in Tehran on her visit to the 11th National Biennial of Contemporary Iranian Ceramic Art
at Niavaran Cultural Center.
According to Niavaran’s Public Relations, Ms. Romanova
described this exhibition as an excellent
semantic and epistemological event while pointing out the cultural and artistic
background of Iran and Italy through her visit which was accompanied by Ebadreza
Islami Kolaee, the Artistic Deputy Consultant of the Ministry of Culture and
Islamic Guidance and the President of Niavaran Cultural Center and Farbod
Hemmat Azad the Secretary of the Ceramic Society and the Curator of this
exhibition. The Cultural Attaché of Italian Embassy also stated that our effort
is to form a new cultural and artistic era between the two countries of Iran and
Italy hopefully after the pandemic of Covid-19.
Ebadreza Islami Kolaee
pointing out the high potentials and capacities of Iran and Italy stressed that
artistic interactions, especially mutual cultural cooperation will cause transcendent
cognition for the two countries. Emphasizing the necessity of forming effective
and efficient relations between European countries and Iran he said: “I am
willing to make an agreement of cooperation between Niavaran Cultural Center
with distinguished historical Centers in Italy.” This incident could cause
beneficial collaborations amongst two nations’ artists, he mentioned.
It is notable that the “11th
National Ceramic Biennale of Iran” is taking place in the gallery no. 1 & 2
and the garden of Niavaran Cultural Center every day of the week from 10:00 to
18:00 on weekdays and 14:00 to 18:00 on weekends and holidays under the
observation of all the health protocols.
