A group painting and sculpture exhibition demonstrates artists' situation through the Covid-19 pandemic beginning from September 4th, 2020 in Niavaran Cultural Center
Public
Relations of Niavaran Cultural Center's reportage informs that Babak Analo curates
this exhibition of the middle age and young artists who have oriental
inspirations, during thirteen days in the gallery No. 1 of Niavaran Cultural
Center.
Twilight's
statement indicates that "Today, our world experiences a situation that
has not been known for human in decades and even it was assumed that the days
of pandemic diseases have terminated. But this inescapable deep wound has caused
a trauma for the society. This situation will last for an unpredictable while
which increases the horror of the crisis. Meantime, artists' presence were more
perceived and perhaps art has proved its prophecy; if we assume that Catharsis
is one of art's functions, and believe that artist is the conscious spirit of
time and society and not just an individual, the healing and awareness
elevation have been manifested in the Corona era."
"Twilight" will be on view for
public to visit until September 17 from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays and 14:00 to
19:00 on weekends at the Gallery No. 1 of Niavaran Cultural Center in accordance with the health protocols of the National Corona disease Management Headquarters
